As a Primary Stakeholder in ALDAR’s Development, Design & Delivery Team, and subsequently as Deputy Head of Design in ALDAR Properties Design Department – Mr. Turnbull was responsible for the re-masterplanning and urban design efforts of the previous pre-GFC Masterplan – for all future phases outside of the Phase 1 F1 Delivery Scope, of this, the largest US$40 Billion mixed-use development within ALDAR’s portfolio. Responsible for the generation of multiple EOI’s, RFP’s, Technical & Commercial Reviews, Consultant Appointments. Geoff played an integral role in the management and delivery process of all revised Preliminary, Concept & Detailed Masterplans for the entire Island in order to gain Urban Planning Council Detailed approvals and discharge of all planning approval conditions. http://www.yasisland.ae/en/
