Geoff provided Full Project Management & Landscape Architectural Consulting Services. Planning services related to the entitlement and land use planning for 1400 acres of land. SWA collaborated on a series of community workshops focused on “participatory” master planning of the open space corridor and is also working with the city staff in preparing the General Plan, pre-zoning and annexation applications. Geoff was brought into the project to oversee the project management of full services implementation for the public realm open space, including but not limited to entries, streetscapes and neighborhood parks.
