While with Boffa Miskell Ltd Geoff was responsible for the preparation of the master plan and associated drawings for the resource consent and investment portfolio for an integrated rural residential on a 35-hectare site adjacent to the Martinborough golf course. The development comprised over 50 architecturally designed freehold homes set in parkland landscape, with the establishment of a park like environment of trees, shrubs and wetlands with houses blending unobtrusively into the rural residential landscape.
