A Visual Impact Assessment (VIA) helps define the visual effects of a project on people’s everyday views by considering the built, natural and cultural character or sense of place. Geoff has conducted numerous visual impact simulations (both computer simulated and manually simulated) as apart of visual effects assessments presented in conjunction with expert evidence wiith planning hearings and tribunals.
