Resource Consent Planning & Approval, Visual Impact Assessment & Full Landscape Architectural Consulting Services. Prominently located on Wellington’s waterfront, this 5.2-acre site required the design of external spaces to convey the origin and character of the natural landscape. The New Zealand creation story provides the basis for themes of land formation, ecological processes and biculturalism. As a member of the consultant design team, Mr. Turnbull contributed to the site planning & design of the project, preparing conceptual design, visual impact assessments, design and construction documentation for the project. The project was officially opened in 1998.
